View on GlassdoorPros: One thing I genuinely appreciate about QBA is the exposure to global projects, you get complete ownership, interact with clients and see the full lifecycle instead of just your piece of the puzzle. You can literally walk up to the CEO or HR without following any hierarchy. It is a lean org where you can make your mark, lead initiatives and be part of building processes rather than just following them.
Cons: You need to be self-driven here Priorities shift quickly here Because the structure is lean, you wear multiple hats Systems and processes are still being refined
