Toxic culture and unprofessional management deter long-term employees
Pros: I worked with this unprofessional company for only three months because I did not want to waste my time. The manager and HR lack professionalism and do not know how to communicate properly, including how to interact respectfully with female employees. Because of this, no one seems interested in working there long-term. The so-called director appeared unprofessional, uneducated, and ineffective. I am not sure whether he is a genuine CA or not, as his communication skills in English are very poor. The HR team also lacks the ability to handle and resolve problems effectively. I would suggest that Kailash reconsider how the company is being managed. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to carefully evaluate before attending an interview with this organization.
