I applied through job board. I got a call from the HR and she invited me to the interview. at their location. I went through the two rounds of interview and got selected when I was informed that I have to sign a bond with them for 2 years: which means I cannot leave the company and will stay at the same pay scale for two years. If I try to break the bond I will be paying penalty of lakhs. How unprofessional is this policy. I will get stuck with this company for 2 years with no professional growth. I do not call this a job but a compulsion.
