Cons: There are too many people who have absolute immunity in this company based on who they know. And it's absolutely abused beyond belief

Cons: The CEO is so focused on cutting costs that he makes it extremely difficult to succeed at your job. Staff is either quitting or being laid off in large numbers with the remaining employees expected to pick up the slack. As a result major clients have left costing the company millions. Middle managers are either high school level petty or straight up incompetent.

Cons: Everyone is extremely stressed out. the ramp program is impossible. Always out of stock and books of business are very messy. My manager was bordering on unprofessionalism with the micromanagement
