Need to further strengthen channel coverage and technical partner enablement to support business growth.
The interview process was well organized and consisted of multiple rounds. It started with a discussion with the hiring manager focused on my background, projects, and overall fit for the role. This was followed by a technical interview covering data structures and algorithms, along with backend and system design concepts.
The onsite interview in Bangalore included discussions around system design, problem solving, and SQL fundamentals. There was also a managerial discussion focused on collaboration, communication, and team fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation and role expectations.
Overall, I found the interview process to be structured and relevant to the responsibilities of a backend engineering role.

My interview experience with SolarWinds was extremely disappointing. The JD clearly described a Staff SRE role focused on reliability engineering, observability, automation, SLOs, and system design — but the technical panel had absolutely nothing to do with SRE. The interviewers were purely DevOps-focused and asked only about pipelines, EKS, Ansible, and day-to-day deployment tasks. None of the questions aligned with the SRE principles advertised in the job description.
It was obvious the interviewers came from a traditional DevOps background and were evaluating candidates only based on what they personally work on, not what the company claims the role expects. The mismatch was so wide that it felt like interviewing for a completely different job. The managerial round was solid and actually aligned with SRE, but the technical panel ruined the entire evaluation.

An arrogant person takes the interview , he has some grudge towards south indians and kept asking irrelevant questions to the job and gave the hardest ever sql query, already came late to the meeting and was acting as if he is the king of the world, no introduction , no etiquettes
Okay, discusses my last project's architecture, the interviewer was knowledgeable and asked pointed question, it was 75% okay discussion, and the final question was hit with a leetcode, i hadn't prepared for that, so did not get the offer
