This company scheduled 3 rounds over multiple days and closed the position on the day of the final round without any prior notice or explanation. As a candidate, always ask upfront — "Is this position confirmed or subject to client approval?" It saves you significant time and mental energy. The interview process itself was structured and interviewers were professional, but HR communication and candidate respect were very poor. Would not recommend working with staffing companies like this — direct company applications are a safer bet for serious job seekers.
