Pros: Good Work life balance with lot of time to upskill
Cons: None as of now. Basic work
View on GlassdoorPros: Good work life balance and fixed pay salary
Cons: Growth opportunities are limited, and there is a lack of senior mentorship, which can make career progression difficult. Recent policies also seem increasingly unfavorable to employees. For instance, attendance for the previous month must be regularized by the 15th of the current month, failing which employees may face loss of pay even if they actually worked. At the same time, employees may be contacted on their personal phones to submit or regularize those same hours on a different portal used for client billing. This creates an unfortunate perception that worked hours are important when it comes to client billing, but rigid deadlines take precedence when it comes to paying employees for those hours. A more balanced, consistent, and employee-friendly approach would significantly improve trust in the organization.

Sample questions
The interview was good. I successfully completed the L1 technical round for the DevOps Engineer position. The discussion mainly focused on my experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I am currently awaiting the next round of the interview process.

Sample questions
**Interview Experience – Technical Lead (My Personal Experience)** I had what was supposed to be a Technical Lead interview through the FloCareer platform for T-Systems, but my experience left me questioning whether the interview was a genuine hiring process or simply being used to test the interview platform. From the beginning, the interviewer claimed to have around 10 years of experience building high-scale applications. However, the interview did not reflect that level of expertise. It felt like the interviewer had not reviewed my resume beforehand. Even after I explained that my primary backend experience is in Python/Django and that I have worked with JavaScript on the frontend, the questions seemed random and were often vague or poorly explained. Several times, I asked follow-up technical questions to better understand what was being asked. On each of those occasions, one of two things happened: either the interviewer suddenly disconnected and rejoined the meeting a minute later with an explanation, or there was an apparent audio issue where I could not get a response. This pattern repeated multiple times, which made the interview feel unprofessional and made meaningful technical discussion difficult. Another thing that stood out was that the interviewer's display name in the meeting contained unusual/special characters instead of a proper name. After the interview, I searched for the name that was verbally provided but could not find any corresponding profile associated with T-Systems on LinkedIn. While this alone does not prove anything, it added to my concerns about the authenticity of the interview. Overall, I left the interview with serious doubts about how genuine the process was. It did not resemble the structured technical interviews I have experienced elsewhere. If you receive an interview through this route, I would recommend paying close attention to the professionalism of the process and verifying the details of the opportunity beforehand. This is my personal experience, and others may have had different experiences.
