I was approached by a recruiter for GSpann position. Even had 1 round of interview which went quite well. However despite repeated reminders the recruiter did not have basic courtesy to respond or get back. If a candidate spends time taking an interview, I think the company / recruiter should at least get back with the status.

very lazy responses as not interest to take interview for every round takes weeks to schedule recruiter have technical knowledge just asking what is your current salary ? what your expected salary..

It's tough enough be prepared for aptitude test programs and output Series questions 3 rounds are there 1st written test 2nd Face to face 3rd Manger round Prepare for programs Logical questions

Interview process was fine. Just keep your basics correct. There were 3 rounds : 1) Technical : Basic core java questions (Average). 2) Online Test : AMCAT test consist of Aptitude questions and 2 Programs.(Important one). 3) Managerial Round : Once you clear the Written round, there will be f2f discussion with the Manager. Puzzles, Previous experience and general programming questions. Recruitment process was not managed properly. I waited for around 3-4 hours before appearing for the first round.

There were in total 3 rounds, one technical and other two bit technical and most managerial.Technical round was not very difficult. In second and third round mostly focus was on how one works and manages team
