View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing, you're always asked to listen but manager doesn't listen to you. Always short staffed, people never stay because of work culture. So much work that you just can't complete within your shift. Toxic people get promotions, praised and get saved everytime.
Cons: No growth, no increment, no employee retention schemes-nothing.

The interview went pretty well. The whole organisation is very particular while interviewing the candidates as they were asking lot of questions in depth regarding the position. one should be prepared thoroughly while appearing for the interview. The HR team was very supportive at every step which is highly appreciable. All over it was a great learning experience of getting interviewed by such a professional team.
