View on GlassdoorPros: There are no pros to discuss . Only pro is its good to join here for freshers or interns who work like a donkey and doesn't expect salary .
Cons: The only thing they need from employee's end is to work like donkey and in return they will pay only half of the salary and that too in the mid of the month . And once if they think your services are no more needed then they will fire you at any time just by intimating one week before . And the management itself decides to pay half salary for the employee without intimating it to the employee its a one side decision they don't require the employee acceptance . And once you are out from the company(fired or resigned) the HR team or Finance team will not respond properly . And they will take a minimum of 6 months to clear F&F and that too not fully . They themselves decides the salary is paid only half amount and sends the remaining half amount .They don't know what exactly F&F is . They settles only half amount first .And If we raise any question like i have to receive some more amount then they will connect with team and confirms yes but this has to be done before settling the amount . Then for settling the remaining amount they will come up with one more story ie., they will create a PF account on our name and settles that amount through PF and that too takes minimum of 2 months . I was shocked and one more shock for me is HR said that there are still so many candidates who left the company before me who needs to be settle their F&F . How crazy yar ? They are just playing with the situation of employee . One more thing is they don't even create PF account for employee while working . After he leaves the company then they comes up with creating PF account to settle the F&F through PF . Which will impacts on the career of an employee(we may lose our current job) if any other company has created PF account on his name. And its a crime to maintain two PF account's at a time .

Cons: 1.Scaling has issues - sort them out by training the HR ,Operations, Lead teams. 2.Hiring process should filter out trash - We know onboarding in startups is a pain but that doesn't should impact our deliverables
View on GlassdoorPros: they work new technology and frame works like rube vue etc. Salary on time.
Cons: This is not for fresher. De will they will extend your your internship 1 to 2 months then they fire you because you are not performing well and your logical skill are not good and you don't do for our company . They force you late night work like 2 am , 3 am ... Etc . There is no also any work life balance.
