Pros: Work balance is good and nice
Cons: Growth is very less here
View on GlassdoorPros: Gets you work on wider levels
Cons: Unplanned , no wlb , pay is less , not worth the stress, much politics
View on GlassdoorPros: Good to work as you will have hands on experience with the new tech stack and the advanced techonologies and the work culture is good as well and very good if one wants to work in the challenging aspects
Cons: Nothing to speak much and all good
View on GlassdoorPros: Good Salary & remuneration , location is also good
Cons: No process , bad HR , management is indecisive
View on GlassdoorPros: First few months were less stressful than I expected. The manager actually sat with me and we mapped out KRAs together in week 3. Mid probation check happened on time too, where I knew where I stood well before the 6 month mark.
Cons: The structure exists but how well it's followed really depends on your manager. Some teams are more on top of feedback than others.

It was an easy process and quick background questions were asked along with the roles required for the role. As I was hired as a fresher, project were asked and situations, and how I handled them.

I am writing this review to reach everyone who want to give it a thought to associate with this organisation. Firstly, I got a call from staffing agency on November 19th and after 1 week first round was scheduled. And later within another week 2nd round has been scheduled as I was selected in round 1 and post round 2 I was once again informed that I got cleared round 2 as well and they scheduled round 3 with CTO, by this time 3 weeks were burned. During the round 3 with CTO he communicated me in the interview itself that he was happy with me and he wanted to hire me. However he asked me to come in person to discuss further more and have some coffee with his other team members but after going there I understood that there was a Drive going on, I went at 10am sharp but CTO arrived at 11am and he barely interacted with me which was a handshake and he introduced me to other person and he even told him that I was good and the discussion with me went good but he was not sure which role I could fit into their esteemed organisation and he asked them to check me but the other 2 people what they understood is I have no clue but they again did 2 hour grilling and roasting interview with no professionalism, I have no idea if that was drive I should be going and for last minute conversation what’s the point of 2 hour discussion ? Anyways after a week again no update from them and HR told me that they are still thinking on which position/role they should offer me after 1 month and multiple rounds, these people are not serious please don’t get into their unethical management.

Sample questions
During the internship selection process at WAISL Limited, I was invited for an interview via Microsoft Teams, where I was assessed on both web development and machine learning concepts. The interviewers asked a mix of basic and advanced-level questions , aligned with the profile mentioned in my resume. I was able to confidently answer the majority of the questions, which led to my successful shortlisting and selection for the internship program.
Sample questions
Initially when HR called me, we discussed and decided package numbers if I get selected and moved forward with interviews. Total 3 interviews. First 2 were technical interviews. Interviewer was chill and asked basic dsa, system design and some technical background questions. This position was for research team. Third round was with manager. Manager is egoistic and sounds arrogant. After all process got call from HR that I got selected but they don't have that much budget and were reducing package hike amount by 50%. Then I declined offer. Worst experience. They just wasted my time. If you don't have budget you should have told me before only.
