Interview with vp directly. Nice interview , they will check your sale knowledge and attitude towds work. Good skills on communication and prestationwill matter the most. Team work based questions. Channel sales questions and reporting structures

AI Interview, 4-5 technical questions about experience and the role and responsibilities company looking for. The total interview process flow was easy. For AI interview I have my own pace to answer and no nervousness as there is no cross questing, answer and submit once you finish.

1. HR calls me up stating that he’s moving ahead with my profile and share the AI interview link 2. Post AI interview I was informed abt the first level Technical round which went pretty well . 3. After 3 days of TAT received a call again from HR that I have cleared round 1 so we have round 2 with General manager , this is Technical round 2 4. Acc to me it went pretty well and I waited for 3 days for Avinashi call 5. I texted him on WhatsApp - no response 6. I emailed him after 1 week and even called him on his num - no response Finally I gave up my hopes on this organisation n moved on with other options I have only one thing to say to the HR , if ur not moving ahead with someone’s application , kindly convey it to the interviewee since if it pretty exhausting to sit with fingers crossed In this case , this HR guy just showed how unprofessional he is in not responding to my queries or emails .
