Pros: Growth curve is massive in the initial stages
Cons: Work life balance is not great
View on GlassdoorPros: If you want to learn and upskill yourself quickly and implement the learnings as well, then Accordion is the right place. You have the opportunity to fail and learn. Growth opportunities are immense if you are committed yourself. You can't lazy/fool around in this org. You will have to excel in your work/ role.
Cons: Not much as cons to be added
View on GlassdoorPros: No WLB. Good learning opportunities.
Cons: No WLB. Most work related to IT.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good learning and good growth
Cons: bad work clulture and life
View on GlassdoorPros: They have a pretty good upskilling program that you take part in for the first month or two while drawing a full salary.
Cons: Not a good place for freshers. Most projects are stagnant, slow and low stakes, having more to do with IT/Tech support than actual business related analysis. Most if not all new graduates enter with the mindset of leaving the organization. No guaranteed growth in terms of exposure and even less in terms of position.

Business Analyst – Interview Experience The interview process included 1 technical round, which lasted around half hour. The technical round was mainly focused on business case analysis. Candidates were given a business scenario and were expected to: * Understand and analyze the given business problem * Calculate relevant business metrics/terms based on the information provided * Interpret the calculated results * Identify key insights and problems * Suggest possible solutions or improvements * Modify the analysis based on additional information or changes introduced by the interviewer * Clearly explain the reasoning behind the analysis and recommendations Overall, the round was focused more on analytical thinking, business understanding, calculations, and problem-solving rather than direct theoretical questions.
Sample questions
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. Discussions covered both technical and behavioral aspects relevant to the role. Interviewers were approachable, communicated expectations clearly, and provided a positive experience. The process was efficient, transparent, and helped create a strong understanding of the position and organization
Sample questions
There were multiple rounds. First with hr at junior level. Then with the marketing director who was hiring for the role. After clearing that round the next round was with HR director. After clearing that round they called for in person interview. Again had interviews with the marketing and hr director, a case study which was basically the same questions asked in the earlier rounds but now in written format. Then the final round was with their VP. He came, had not read my resume. Asked extremely vague questions, asked why I wanted to move to Hyderabad, suggested my current city would be better for me and that I would easily get better jobs there. Then asked my I don’t continue with my current job and asked me about a thing I hate or live about my current job. Asked me about their company. I told him exactly what’s on their website and he said they only do data analytics. From his body language I could tell he didn’t like me. After wrapping up and returning home he called and said the hiring manager wanted to take one more interview. I have never seen this happen after an in person interview. I still have the interview and after that they ghosted me. From the rounds and the questions asked I could spot many red flags and could see the issues. What probably a lot of reviews already say is true- the leaders/directors do not have any decision making powers. I could tell the hiring manager really liked me but she could not hire me since the higher up leader did not approve. The employee don’t seem to be having a great morale as a lot of questions were about how do you manage poor performers, what would you do for recognition. Additionally looks like they have no processes in place and they believe the only way to attract talent and improve reviews is by hosting events for employees. There seems to be a top down approach and a ‘do as I say system’- it was too evident from the questions. Working with leaders, doing things to please them without questioning seems to be the norm. Overall long tiring process, no clear authority or decision making and no communications as well if you are not selected. I have just assumed they have not selected me
The Interview had two parts - Case rounds and simple HR questions. A case study was provided earlier by the company itself, questions in the case were around the cost and management concepts of a company. HR questions were the general ones that are asked in each company.
Sample questions
4 Stage Process: 1. Aptitude and data science test 2. Technical Interview - basic programming questions like functions and one problem given to solve with some variations. 3. Technical Interview with VP - Focus on Puzzles 4. HR Interview
