1st is technical round to test programming and C basics knowledge. 2nd is managerial round to test technical knowledge but also system/project design knowledge. Everything was done within 3-4 hours. Although the technical interviewer was a little passive aggressive.
Sample questions
I found the interview process to be somewhat unprofessional. The interviewer did not turn on their camera during the entire conversation, which made the interaction feel less engaging and impersonal. I expected a more professional and interactive experience, especially for an interview setting.
Sample questions
The interview experience was disappointing and fell short of professional expectations. The interviewer did not turn on their camera throughout the meeting, which made the interaction feel impersonal and less engaging. Effective communication and professionalism are important aspects of the interview process, and I expected a more interactive and respectful experience. Unfortunately, the overall conduct of the interview did not reflect the level of professionalism I anticipated from the organization.
Sample questions
I went through two technical rounds as part of the interview process Overall, the rounds were focused on assessing conceptual clarity, hands-on experience, and how effectively I can apply my knowledge in practical situations.
I recently attended an interview with this organization and found the overall process to be unnecessarily strict and poorly coordinated, which negatively impacted my performance. The interview required an unusual setup involving both laptop and mobile device simultaneously, with the mobile camera pointed toward the laptop screen. While I understand the intent may be to ensure transparency, the execution was highly disruptive and created significant discomfort throughout the interview. Instead of focusing on technical evaluation, a large part of the time was spent adjusting camera angles, audio issues, and following repeated instructions for setup. This broke the flow of the interview and made it very difficult to concentrate on the technical discussion. In my view, such a setup adds unnecessary pressure on candidates and takes attention away from actual skill assessment. A more stable and straightforward interview process would lead to a much better evaluation experience for both candidates and interviewers. I hope the organization reconsiders such practices and moves towards a more candidate-friendly and efficient interview format while still maintaining integrity.
