Cons: Communication between teams could be more consistent. Processes and documentation could be better organized. Alot of employee churn due to changing business objectives

I've felt trusted, supported, and genuinely appreciated for the work I do. The culture is collaborative, the people are great, and it's a place where I enjoy coming to work and can see myself continuing to grow here.
Cons: Honestly, I can't think of anything that would have made my day-to-day experience better, I've felt supported every step of the way, I like the work, I like the people. It's going good.

View on GlassdoorPros: Amtech serves an industry I'm genuinely passionate about, and it gave me a real shot at a career in software when I came in from the manufacturing side. Strong domain expertise, meaningful customer relationships, and real room to grow — I went from support analyst to product management to leading strategic consulting. The work matters, and you're close to customers who actually run the industry.
Cons: A lot of knowledge is tribal rather than documented, so ramping up — especially coming from outside software — can be sink-or-swim. Onboarding, defined career paths, and repeatable playbooks could all be stronger. Growth has sometimes outpaced the structure needed to support it.
