Biased Company
Pros: Management is good Principal HR and the MD is good with employee
Cons: The management should also listen to the employee and not only to a particular person who is in the company just for the sake of getting promotion and does not support the team at all . After performing more than the targets i have been asked to leave based on the review of the manager who herself does not know the basic of recruitment and became an principal consultant i dont know how . She only knows how to play the office politics

Work pressure
Pros: Haven’t seen anything as such.
Cons: On paper you are on training for 3 months but in reality on 2nd day you’ll be working as full fledge employee. Without getting any training 🙂
