View on GlassdoorPros: Decent campus. Had great leadership but that has changed. Flexibility in work timings
Cons: Poor leadership Low pay and delayed, low hikes Constant overwork, weekend calls. Extreme scrutiny of those who are responsive and accountable while those who don't follow process are questioned less. Most time goes away in review and reports while little work gets done. Recent hires are really bad to work with and rude and discriminatory, while good work colleagues was a highlight earlier.

View on GlassdoorPros: Great learning environment, especially for those starting their careers in software development. Supportive and knowledgeable seniors and colleagues are always willing to help. The company provides opportunities to work across multiple platforms and technologies, helping employees stay up to date with the latest industry trends. It also encourages continuous learning by offering free webinars and training sessions on a regular basis.
Cons: One of the biggest drawbacks is the compensation. Freshers may receive a decent salary hike during the early stages of their career, but experienced candidates often don't get competitive raises. Recognition is also inconsistent. It tends to depend more on your team and connections than on the quality of your work. If you're part of a supportive team, you may receive awards and appreciation frequently. However, if you're in a less supportive team, your contributions may go unnoticed even if you consistently perform well.

It was good one and was so nice. The interviewer was so nice and was sooo good. The HR makes the hiring process sooo smooth and the HR was so kind and helpful
