Who We Are: Founded in 2010, Auriga began when a few friends from IIT Roorkee realised they weren't ready to stop working together. We enjoyed the curiosity, collaboration, freedom and the simple fact that hard problems were more fun when you had the right people around you. So we kept building together. There was no funding, no business plan and very little experience to fall back on. What we did have was curiosity, trust, the hunger to learn and the confidence that we could figure things out. That spirit still defines Auriga today. What We Do: Over the last 16 years, Auriga has grown into a technology company building AI, Data & Analytics, ERP and Digital Products & Software. Our teams work on everything from digital products for ambitious startups to enterprise platforms that thousands of people depend on every day and public infrastructure operating at national scale. We have worked with organisations including WhatsApp, YES Bank, NHAI, Meesho, UltraTech Cement, ICICI Prudential, Pine Labs, Zomato, Ola and Practo across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Government and Technology. Our work spans Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Digital Products & Software, ERP Solutions, User Experience & Design, and Cloud & DevOps. We Learn by Building: Learning has always been part of how Auriga works. In our early years, a client would ask us to work with a technology we had never used before. Our response was often simple: let's figure it out. That mindset helped us grow from websites and e-commerce platforms to mobile applications, enterprise systems, AI and data platforms. We have also built products of our own—and learned some hard lessons along the way. Our early products didn't always scale the way we hoped. But they taught us something important: great engineering alone doesn't make a great product. You also need to understand the problem and the industry deeply. That learning eventually led to products such as Cygnus Alpha, STITCH MES, InstaDigin, SAFIRA and Cirqlar. Life at Auriga: Auriga was built around people before it was built around scale. From the beginning, we wanted to create a place where friends could work together, learn together, challenge each other and genuinely enjoy the journey. Some of our earliest team members are still with us today. A few have become leaders and co-founders. We believe great work and a great workplace don't have to be opposites. Our culture is built around four simple values: Trust — We believe in transparency, honesty and trusting people to do the right thing. Happiness — We believe work should add to life, not take it away. Fun, friendships and shared experiences matter here. Human — We try to stay simple, caring, passionate and empathetic in how we work with each other. Excellence — We give our best shot, keep learning and care about getting the details right. We value freedom, but also ownership. We encourage people to explore, challenge ideas and learn beyond their role. We believe multidisciplinary teams create better solutions because different perspectives make us think differently. Auriga Today: Today, Auriga is a team of 275+ professionals working with 500+ clients across India, the US, Canada, the Middle East and Asia. We are headquartered in Jaipur, with a presence in Vancouver and Gurugram, and are ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified. But in many ways, the intent remains the same as it was in 2010: bring good people together, solve interesting problems, keep learning and build meaningful things. The next chapter? We don't know everything it will look like yet. But we'll figure it out together. We always have. Execution That Works.

Interview was very deep deving specially the last round you can't expect the depth of the interview it would be. You must be aware of what you are saying in interview otherwise your interview will be over.
Sample questions
2 technical and then managerial and last round is HR. After clearing 2 interviews final round managerial, and in managerial they only asked the technical question even asked me to write code
On the first day of the interview, I was asked to introduce myself. I began by saying, "My name is X, and I am from college Y." During my academic journey, I learned Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), became proficient in C++, DBMS, SQL, computer networks, and problem-solving concepts. I also built a machine learning project that predicts house prices using various features. This project was based on a web application. Before starting the actual interview questions, they first asked me some introductory ones. The first technical question was about finding the next palindrome date after 30-12-2103. The second question was about designing a system architecture for a book management system. I didn’t have much knowledge about system design, so I approached the problem by creating SQL tables and designing classes based on an object-oriented structure. I handled the system design question in this way, though I got confused during the first question. I wasn't sure whether I had to solve a Sudoku problem or handle something else related to the question. Later, they asked me to explain my project, and I did so. They also asked questions about the machine learning algorithm I used to build it. Since the project was hosted online, I demonstrated it to them, and they were quite impressed. Afterward, we discussed the second question, especially around designing tables, features, and the uses of the book management system for about 10 to 15 minutes. One of the key takeaways from the interview was that it's not just about getting the answers correct. It’s more important to clearly explain your thought process and make sure the interviewer understands your solution. Even if your answer is correct, if the interviewer doesn’t understand it, it doesn’t add value.
