Dont make the mistake to join this startup
Pros: None. Absolutely nothing positive about the company.
Cons: 1. Salary never on time 2. Toxic Work culture 3. Fearful environment with managerial staff 4. Lack of projects 5. Fake resume building to promote their serviceable employees to clients 6. Lack of proper funding infrastructure from clients 7. No refreshments 8. Toxic and restrictive leave policy 9. No transport assistance to women even during late hours 10. Untrained and unprofessional HR staff The list just goes on and on... P.S. - Poor salary packages as compared to market standards

Had 3 rounds of interview and completed assignment. After that they told me to be ready fourth round and not picking my call then. In these three rounds itself they didn't attended meeting on time. I was waiting the client for long. Not considering our time or not valuing us.
