The interview process had two technical rounds. While I respect the hiring decision, the experience was disappointing. The second round felt like a rapid-fire questionnaire rather than a technical discussion. I answered almost every question confidently (except one), yet I was questioned twice about whether I was cheating simply because I was answering quickly. I even rotated my laptop 360° to show my room, but the concern was raised again. The feedback cited a lack of mobile automation experience, which was already evident from my resume. If this was a mandatory requirement, it should have been identified during resume screening instead of after two interview rounds. I was also told I was "not aligned with the organization" without any specific or actionable feedback. Suggestion: Evaluate candidates based on their technical depth and problem-solving ability rather than only rapid-fire questioning. Please ensure interviewers maintain an unbiased approach, provide constructive feedback, and respect the time and effort candidates invest in the interview process.
Sample questions
Fast process. All three rounds are completed within a week and he has updated about your interview very fast and the difficulty level is medium and interviewer are very chill
Sample questions
Very vague hiring process wherein they reject you even after your rounds goes well they will ghost you without any information about the results of your previous round and once you start reaching out to the recruiter than the ghosting process begins.
The interview process was initially easy but got tricky during the live coding session. I completed a telephonic interview, a technical round and a live coding round. Got cleared by the interviewer but got held by because the industry went under.
Sample questions
There were two interview rounds, and in both I was asked basic DSA questions. The focus was mainly on graph traversal techniques, particularly DFS and BFS, along with their practical applications.
