Phase 1: Initial Screening & Practical Assessment HR Screening: A preliminary conversation with Human Resources to discuss your background, career aspirations, and general suitability for the role. Online Assignment: Following the screening, you will be required to complete a practical online assignment. This step is designed to evaluate your hands-on skills and problem-solving approach before moving forward in the process. Phase 2: Technical Evaluation (4 Rounds) You will proceed to four in-depth technical interviews, each focusing on different aspects of AI and Data Science. These rounds are intended to rigorously test your theoretical knowledge, practical implementation skills, and ability to tackle complex data challenges. Phase 3: Final HR Interview The final stage is a conclusive HR interview. This conversation focuses on your overall personality, professional goals, salary expectations, and fit within the company culture, serving as the final step before an offer is extended.
Sample questions
The interview process consisted of two stages. The first was a telephonic discussion with the HR team, where my background, experience, and role expectations were discussed. This was followed by a technical interview focused on assessing my problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, project experience, and overall suitability for the position.
Sample questions
I had a very devastating and pathetic experience with the hiring process. It took more than 2.5 weeks to complete. The assigned HR was ignorant and lacked responsibility. I have to call, and text her multiple times a day to get an update every time. There were 3 rounds and after successfully completing those rounds they took 2.5 weeks to respond with their final decision. Throughout these days, HR kept on saying it takes time for the approval . On the last day too at 2 pm when I called she said have patience it takes time for approval and after waiting for 2 hrs , I suddenly received an email from HR that they are not proceeding ahead and the position has been put on hold. This is unprofessionalism. How all of a sudden the position got on hold. If the position is not active then why do you guys reach out to candidates? Don't consider applying to this organisation, they are not worth it. They only waste time and effort especially the HR.
