Toxic environment with unsupportive management
Pros: Nothing good about this company
Cons: One of the most toxic company I've ever worked in, Manager isolated me, gave me no work and feedback refused every chance to connect and when I protested I got targeted by my manager and HR

Poor management and limited growth
Pros: Flexible timings for coming to office
Cons: Poor communication, a lot of workplace gossip and noticeable favoritism. In my experience, visibility and personal relationships seemed to matter more than performance for growth and promotions. Work allocation was also inconsistent, and there didn't seem to be enough meaningful projects/work for everyone. I would personally not recommend anyone to join this organisation, you won't be able to survive here if you come from a healthy work culture. All the good reviews that you see here are forced by the organisation to post, don't trust them blindly.
