Cons: In my experience, the management lacked a modern technical mindset and had limited understanding of current software development practices. After I resigned, their attitude toward me changed, and they shared unnecessary negative feedback with my new employer despite the fact that I had completed my full notice period. The work environment was highly political, particularly among some team leads and senior management, which made collaboration and professional growth difficult.
