Cons: Too much micromanagement, including monitoring your personal devices and communications on a daily basis to check whether you've messaged clients or not. Too much pressure to meet targets, and employees are questioned even when taking legitimate sick leave, which is often dismissed as “drama.” Lot of interference from CEO Bharat, a typical "Lala Company"

3 rounds of interview 1. Technical round 2. Cultural fitment 3 HR round I have given all the rounds seems positive experience. In technical round one should have very deep understanding with existing technologies in the market and updation in the same their new and updated versions

The first round was a 30-minute session on Google Meet, where they asked basic MERN stack questions that even a fresher could easily answer. I answered all the questions confidently and was certain I had cracked the interview. However, after waiting for two days, they informed me that I was not shortlisted. I was surprised and shocked. I can say there was no ethics or principles in their process. I am deeply disappointed
