View on GlassdoorPros: Recently the whole company was taken on a workation in Jaisalmer. And it was wonderful experience for the whole team where they get to meet, greet and had fun together with a pinch of work related collaboration. I have seen no company put such efforts in team building and employee welfare.
Cons: No cons as of now.

Cons: Salary was never received on time. Management is a JOKE - being a startup is not an excuse for poor management. No Vision. No Product strategy.(Product,Price,Place(Target Market) ) It's an unethical and full of harrasment place of work. Taking paid time off is looked down upon. (don't know why is it even given in that case) Please see dates of 5 star reviews (clustered & mirroring Glassdoor reviews) - If one has good judgement - fake/forced reviews will be evident.
View on GlassdoorPros: Working with the founder is motivating and inspiring. I have been working at drivebuddyai since 2020 and have seen all phases of a real startup with real problems and a grid to get to the best solution. Sometimes working here can get tough but that is expected from a startup that is aiming for billion-dollar. Its a grid but then we get to learn and grow faster in such an environment. It is so much fun working with teams from multiple domains like HW, firmware, cloud, AI and sales. The product itself is inspiring and interacting with the customers makes it feels worth it.
Cons: Due to the nature of the product, we have to work fast and solve issues.

It was scheduled for an hour. The interviewer was cooperative. It started with some coding questions. Then one database question. The interviewer was giving clues when stuck and was asking if the question was clear. Initially it was a glitch at my end with the audio. But the interviewer was patient.
