This stage focused on verifying core qualifications, discussing previous experience, and ensuring alignment with the fundamental requirements of the role. 2. Technical & Creative Assessment Following the screening, I was tasked with a dual-component take-home assignment: Video Production/Editing: Demonstrating the ability to handle narrative flow and visual storytelling. Design Project: Showcasing technical skill, aesthetic judgment, and brand consistency. 3. Human Resources Interview: A final assessment of behavioral competencies, cultural alignment, and professional logistics.
