Do Not Spoil your career By joining this company.
Pros: Nothing as pros there. They hire cheap employee from India and Pakistan,90 % are pakistani.company will not pay you as committed,they use teramind to monitor employees,if you don't work according to they they will deduct money.their ceo collin torture employees.so don't spoil your career joining this company.
Cons: Don't fall into trap of dollars payment,you will not get to learn anything there,all the top position being captured by pakistan people,even 70 percent company belongs to Pakistan,so my recommendation to other country people,I was forced to quit this company was feeling suffocated there.hope told you everything rest leaving to you.

Hell toxic environment with zero Job security and Crazy stupid people runing the system

Worst Place to work
Pros: Zero positive point as they give high salary but with so much disrespect every day
Cons: Highly disrespecting environment Abusive language every day no job security at all, if one team member makes mistake, all team member will face either layoff of deduction they pay you like you are bagger, not service provider.

STAY AWAY! Racist environment, illegal working practices
Pros: - Competitive compensation package (not worth it though because they will steal your money and abuse you once you are locked into a contract)
Cons: - Employees are offboarded as per the CEO's whims (aka arbitrary termination) but what's worse is that the HR is too useless to even uphold basic employee rights. This company STOLE my money. Unlawful termination (no notice period provided) followed by unfair salary deductions that the HR team is still unable to substantiate. Of course, once you offboard an employee you can just steal their money and give ambiguous and subjective reasons for 'deducting' salary. But during my last month, NOT ONE complaint was lodged against me or the quality of my work; nothing to indicate that over $500 dollars would be deducted from my salary. - The company is nothing but a holster for its CEO's massive ego. Most employees spend at least half their work days managing his mood or figuring out how to work around him. Most unproductive company ever, mainly because the CEO is unable to give up any control to his colleagues and because his colleagues are all too terrified to challenge him in the slightest. Everything is made up on AI, its unclear what actual work they have done this year. The CEO repeatedly told us to reduce any mentions of colored staff members on the company website.
