View on GlassdoorPros: Competitive Salary and Great Perks
Cons: They usually fire twice a year and ask you to write a resignation and dont give any severence package. There are some managers who are very bad asking you to come 5 days a week when company policy allowed 3 days earlier. They dont give any wfh if you want to visit hometown and dont approve leaves as well. The company culture is very biased as people close to manager only get good hikes otherwise your life will be hell to the point you get hospitalised. There is no work life balance and after spending in hrs you get vague feedbacks and no 1:1s and the manager who acts like an angel gives you 2/5 ratings and she will take credit for all your work. There is 1 layoff from team each year even if you are fulfiling all responsibilites as they have to fire someone so if you dont have a good repo with your manager your teammates also cant save you. Just even look at them failing to respond to criticism while living in their own delulu by acknowledging only the good review given

2 round done no update after that First round was a design round with multithreading Second round was also design round with locking check After that waiting from hr to hear back as per me both round went well But still no response , may be they will come back
The interview process was super repetitive. Interviewers didn’t ask any specific questions but the same question was asked four times Recruiter didn’t care about candidate experience at all. Overall a horrible experience and I’d recommend everyone to not go for it.
Sample questions
5 rounds, every round pretty much covered mainly aspects of stakeholder management (repetetive processes are what recruiters try to eliminate) The product was good so went ahead with it. For the final round the guy decided to fixate on an experience non relevant to the role and decided to drop.
Recruiter screening followed by hiring manager, 1 PM round, 1 technical, 1 VP level. No interview feedback, no update, very slow process. I could not apply for another role within Pure as my interview was still in-flight and delayed due to interviewer's unavailability.
Sample questions
It was a well thought out process. They are mainly looking for your understanding and how well you can solve a problem. Just think out loud while solving it. That should help you out a lot.
