at first their was an online assessment after that 2 technical and 1 HR round , the 2nd technical and HR round was at the same time . interview mainly focused on our personal experiences nothing much from resume just general talk . And the asked a lot questions about job role
1 online technical and 1 offline interview. You apply, get shortlisted, attend first offline int. and then online technical interview. Interviews are pretty basic. You will be dealing with people over calls.
it was resume based, mine was through on campus, they tested supply chain knowledge, and root cause analysis, and evaluated how candidate responds and solves problems, apart from that they asked some behavioral questions as well
I applied for the Flipkart internship through our on-campus placement process. The overall process consisted of an Online Assessment (OA), two technical interview rounds, and a final HR round. The first step was the OA, which was a technical assessment consisting of 3 DSA questions. One was an easy string-based problem, the second was a medium-level graph/DFS problem, and the third was a hard Trie-based problem. Around 350 students appeared for the assessment, and 10 students were shortlisted for the interview rounds. I was one of the shortlisted candidates. The first technical interview lasted around 1 hour. The interviewer asked DSA questions and also discussed my projects, including questions about their implementation and the technical decisions I had made. The second technical round was also around 1 hour and was completely project-focused. We went into detail about the projects I had worked on, the technologies I used, how I implemented different features, and the challenges I faced during development. The final round was an HR interview of around 30 minutes. It consisted of standard HR questions along with a situational-based question. Overall, the process was well structured, with a strong focus on DSA in the OA and technical rounds and detailed discussion of projects in the interviews.
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. The first round focused on aptitude and basic analytical skills, followed by a technical/functional round covering supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, and basic Excel/SQL concepts. The next round was mainly case-based, where I was given operational scenarios related to delivery delays, inventory issues, warehouse productivity, and manpower planning. The interviewer focused more on my approach to solving problems than on theoretical definitions.
