Poor management and lack of support hinder teamwork
Pros: Bad experience no work life balance,not understanding to the team
Cons: Lack of support from the manager – The manager did not provide adequate guidance or support when needed.
Unprofessional behaviour from the manager – The manager's communication and behaviour were not always respectful or professional.
Poor team collaboration – There was limited cooperation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Favouritism within the team – Some team members appeared to receive preferential treatment, which affected fairness and team morale.
Ineffective communication – There was a lack of clear communication between the manager and the team, leading to confusion and delays.
Decent company but inconsistent management and layoffs
Pros: Decent company with average facilities provided, work pressure depends on manager means some teams are very happy under their manager and some teams are struggling because of their manager, less office politics.
Cons: When they want to remove/ layoff employess, they gives cilly reasons or keeps on bench with no opportunities.
