View on GlassdoorPros: Extremely easy interview and onboard process. *I was offered the position but declined it.* Very friendly staff. Decent benefits, great pay.
Cons: Make sure you read the employee contract carefully, and have an employment attorney review it, before you sign. I declined the employment offer because wording in the contract would have forced me to give a 90 day notice to terminate employment or be forced to pay back 3 months of salary. This made me think that they really must have a hard time retaining employees, if they have a written contract that forces them to stay.

Cons: Extreme micromanagement Outsourced departments to another country, when all that could be done in the US. Poor communication Poor Management No integrity, would go back on promises. Would ignore questions email to management. Would not compromise Unattainable metrics/goals/rules Expensive costs for patients No trust in office assistants to help providers when needed/capable Office assistants were basically call center employees. Difficult EMR, not geared to psych and therapy
