Cons: 0 Work-life balance Micro management Pathetic work culture No leaves(You have to work on govt holidays, Saturday and Sundays) Impossible Targets set You'll see different Job description but once you enter then it's different role. People leave this company for 2-15 days. So toxic! Process in Sales as a counselor is monotonous. There's no learning. You have to write exam to be a counselor once you get selected and by your joining date the training will be started. You have to mug up all the books of counseling and write a exam within a month and 85% of score is mandatory if you want to continue in this company. Just run don't even step to this company if you ever come across for an interview or get selected.

good process but couldnt clear the final round ,partiality was there,oa and skills based test was easy and basic excel and latex scriptting were asked and no high level exams
