Cons: These guys are worse than burglers and backstabbers. You can expect anyone (including some contractors who are there without doing any work just to do spy work for them) to pull you down like Indian crabs. So do not join at all.

Here, you will be having two or three rounds of interview based on the role, which is starts from self-intro and goes onto the process experience. There will not be much difference in two rounds. It seems like almost the same for me.

They will take 2 rounds of interview after that you will receive a call to submit the documents and Application process for further HR round and the interview will be average if your communication is good you can qualify for the next round

It was a good interview ,they asked 3-4 technical questions I had 2 rounds and then it was done.they said they have upcoming implementations and it is a consultant role.

The person asked me to wait in a room, after the HR round, and never came back! It was just left incomplete. I waited for some time (2 hours +) and then left.
HR contacted me and had a telephonic interview, followed by interview from R&D DIrector, who assured me that there will be a follow up interview. Its been 20 days, there has been no further communication, including to a mail I sent the HR
