Cons: 1. Expected to work 12+ hours a day on a frequent basis. 2. Due to a lack of proper planning, weekend work is frequently required. Management often sets artificially tight deadlines, creating unnecessary panic and pressure. 3. The constant expectation to work overtime and weekends makes maintaining any personal life impossible.

The interview was difficult they asked in depth questions and program was ok, they asked questions on functional, automation and database testing. They conducted 1 technical and then after personality test.
