After one month of application, got the mail from recruiter and had normal 30 mins discussion where she asked 2-3 technical questions like she understands anything, time waste. And I asked if the role is seriously open as I am getting response after 1 month. She seemed bit uncomfortable but said that they are actively hiring. And I was quite sure that these guys are just wasting the time of candidates. After one day, I got the rejection mail. I am sure even after clearing all the rounds they will be rejecting the candidates as I am noticing, it just keep reposting the job on LinkedIn.

Interviewed Jul 2026 in Bengaluru "*Must Read (can help you dodge a bullet) So long story short,I cleared all rounds, got an offer, accepted the offer, submitted all the documents, get my start date decided as 12th August 2026, got my profile created on the Jitterbit portal with all the org chart and all possible employment details, got a mail on 10th that they need to move my start date by a week due to internal logistics, no communication till 3 days, suddenly my jitterbit profile access got disabled, on asking about clarification got a mail stating that this position has been Kept on hold due to internal changes and they need to rescind the offer. After 3 weeks of wasting my time. The worst part is they do not even have the spine to be upfront and tell the truth.(right from the recruiter Abha to HR Mandy and their global HR manager Stephanie) The position which was supposedly put on hold as per 10 PM got listed again on LinkedIn at 11:30 PM. Now you guys can understand the audacity of these People. The reviews online about their work culture do justify this behaviour. Sinking Ship as someone rightly said."
I had a screening call with recruiter and it went well. then I had one round with Senior person and it was two way conversation more on how do I fit into the role. The next round was with another person where the questions were more generic in nature, mostly behavioral and how will I tackle situations for example how do you debug an issue, whats your favorite project. There were no correct answers and I thought I did pretty well because I have been prepping up on behavioral round. After three round the recruiter ghosted me. I have followed up twice and got reply that hiring manager is still interviewing candidates and I will get back to you shortly on updates. Its been 15 days since her reply and 30 days since last interview, no response yet. Its very unprofessional where a candidate put so much of efforts and time and we get no feedback. I understand that its not possible to reply to each candidate but at least give feedback to the one who have given three rounds of interview. It feels very frustrating.
Sample questions
it was good they ask me different types of questions depending on my skills and I replied to them well and learned a lot from there as it was my first interview so I can't tell much about it.
