Cons: -Probation period was extended without proper performance evaluation or clear justification. -Management lacks punctuality and is often late. -Work is frequently assigned at the last minute, causing unnecessary pressure. -Pending tasks are not managed properly, leading to workload accumulation. -Some management staff portray themselves as highly organized or perfect, but actual practices are inconsistent. -Salary is below current market rate for the workload and responsibilities. -Working environment can feel stressful and unsatisfactory at times.

Cons: But the salary... It's the closes to abuse I've seen, software engineers at the lowest 10% of other jobs :O I at least hope they know they get what they pay for... Give one as worst 10% and I'm sure they will match that
