View on GlassdoorPros: Those who are coming from Pune, please don't come here."
Cons: I joined Kody Technolab in Ahmedabad as an intern and would like to share my personal experience. For students and freshers from Pune (especially those studying in colleges such as Zeal or JSPM), I would suggest carefully evaluating all available opportunities before relocating to Ahmedabad. In my experience, Pune itself offers many internship and job opportunities, allowing candidates to stay closer to their families and support systems. Regarding the internship, I felt that the learning environment was more classroom-oriented than industry-oriented. Interns were assigned tasks and expected to learn extensively through resources such as YouTube, ChatGPT, documentation, and other online materials. Weekly tests and assessments were conducted based on the assigned tasks. I was expecting more hands-on guidance, mentorship, and exposure to real-world development practices from experienced professionals. However, my experience did not fully meet those expectations. Training sessions often relied heavily on presentations and PDFs, and I personally felt that there could have been more practical knowledge-sharing and technical mentoring. This review reflects my individual experience, and others may have different perspectives. Before relocating for an internship, I recommend speaking with current or former interns, understanding the training structure, and comparing opportunities available in your own city.

Kody Techno Lab visited our campus for placements. The first round was an offline written test consisting of basic programming language questions, SQL, and aptitude MCQs. The difficulty level was easy to moderate. Candidates who cleared the first round appeared for a coding round. We were given 5 DSA coding problems to solve within 1 hour using VS Code without internet access. The questions were mostly easy to medium level. I was not shortlisted for the interview round after the coding test. Overall, the process was well organized and focused on programming fundamentals, SQL, aptitude, and problem-solving skills.

Sample questions
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with an introduction, followed by questions about my background, skills, and previous experience. The interviewer also asked a few role-related and situational questions to assess my suitability for the position. The discussion was professional and informative, though some questions were challenging. Overall, the experience was decent and gave me a better understanding of the role and company.
Sample questions
There were three rounds in the interview process: a coding round followed by two in-person technical rounds. I cleared the coding round, which involved a LeetCode medium-level problem, and was invited to their office for the next two rounds. 1st technical round went well from my perspective, but I was ultimately rejected. I requested feedback on my interview performance, but unfortunately, I never received any response or explanation.
