Went through the interview process for a Senior Software Engineer (backend) role. The managerial round was the first step, which I cleared. Based on that, I was moved forward to two additional technical rounds — both of which went well, with positive signals from the interviewers. Despite that, I received a rejection email afterward stating the reason was the managerial round — the same round I had already cleared before the technical rounds even started. No explanation was given for why I was advanced through two more rounds if that decision had already been made. I tried following up to understand what happened — called the HR coordinator with no response, and also sent a follow-up email asking for clarification and feedback. Neither was answered. Overall, a disorganized process that wasted time on both sides, with zero accountability or communication once things went wrong. If you're interviewing here, be prepared for inconsistent internal coordination and don't expect closure regardless of how the rounds actually go.

first round was of hr , she explained me everything then second was of techincal manager , he discussed my project and the main focus went on design of my products and then in the end techincal round in which they asked for dns server , multithreading , dbms trasnactions deadlock , sql optimzations and in the end move zero to end dsa questions
Sample questions
Good not very difficult but very lengthy as for ien day and then it is email following up and multiple rounds but good work culture it seems like. Multiple dsa questions, key ai skills and ml skills require to ace interview good salary package and felxi work timings
Sample questions
I went through a three-round interview process for an HR role. The experience was mixed, with both positive interactions and areas that could have been handled better. The process started with a recruiter call. After initially showing interest, there was a gap of almost two weeks before I heard back. The introductory call itself was challenging due to poor network connectivity on the recruiter’s end. The audio kept breaking, the camera was switched on and off, and I was asked to turn my camera off despite being in a stable setup. This made the conversation difficult and did not create a strong first impression. The first interview round was with two senior interviewers. One of them was engaged, while the other repeatedly mentioned that there were no questions left as I had already answered everything. This made the discussion feel unstructured and as though the interview was not fully prepared. The second and third rounds were much better experiences. The manager and VP were professional, well-prepared, and the conversations were meaningful and engaging. Although I was not selected, I requested feedback to understand the decision. I was told that I lacked sufficient expertise in a specific HR tool. However, no questions or scenarios related to tool usage were asked during any of the interview rounds. Considering that I have used this tool for a significant portion of my career, I would have appreciated the opportunity to demonstrate my experience—such as through scenario-based questions on candidate onboarding or managing an off-cycle hire. Receiving feedback based on an area that was never assessed felt confusing. Overall, while senior-level interactions were positive, the overall interview experience lacked consistency in communication, preparedness, and evaluation.
Sample questions
HR Ghosted after the first interview After the first round of discussion, HR ghosted and stopped replying to email. Dint even send rejection email. First round was just discussion with senior engineer on project experience.
