Unfulfilled promises and poor communication during internship
Pros: They hired a lot of interns, with 0 conversions
Cons: It was a 6 month internship where initially the made a lot of false promises for conversion. But they ignored us till the last day some were convinced by their manager that they will get converted. But they just ghosted then and at the end of the internship they told they have business constraints so they can only extend another 6 months intern. No HR contact, manager was ghosting and we were given few hours time to answer. After working as full time in internship I couldn't accept and just left.
