Cons: Very unprofessional people's. They don't have money to pay you. After completing one month they are holding your payment. Don't joined if you are freelancer or regular employees.

Cons: Too unprofessional, the ceo stays outside and treats employees likes slaves. worked for a month n did not pay me a single penny stating that performance issue. He is only decision maker of the company and never behaves properly with employees and highly micro-monitored. Never join here as freelancer or full time employee. Technology is also old as in asp.net mvc, nothing to learn here at all. Better try other companies to learn and grow!

The interview process at MyEzCare was simple and smooth. First, I applied through a job portal and then HR contacted me for the interview. There was only one interview round. In that round, they asked me questions related to Dependency Injection, .NET fundamentals, and my personal projects. They also asked some basic questions on Angular. The discussion was mainly focused on my technical knowledge and practical experience. Overall, the process was quick and they shared the result shortly after the interview.
