View on GlassdoorPros: Good salaries but not for everyone. To meet the demand they hire employees with higher salaries but they were fired immediately once the demand is over Direct access to upper management
Cons: There is no job security, To meet the demand they hire employees with higher salaries but they were fired immediately and when employees are fired, they are given reasons such as poor performance or behavior, which emotionally affect the employee, even though they received positive feedback during quarterly reviews. The working culture is very poor. Meetings are held at 11 p.m. at night, and senior employees often shout at their team members. They expect employees to work with technologies they have no experience in and demand immediate results. There are no proper procedures followed for coding and project implementation, and employees are blamed if the client is not satisfied with the project output. The CEO of the company also shouts at employees during calls when asked to reschedule calls that were held during the night. They require employees to complete Azure certifications mandatorily, just for the sake of completion, regardless of whether the employee has experience in the skills needed for the certification.
