Pros: So far, everything is up to the mark, and I have no negative observations. My manager and the Head of Department are very supportive and actively encourage continuous learning, which helps us improve our skills and perform better.
Cons: So far, everything looks fine from my perspective. However, I’ll have better clarity once I start thinking through it more practically—at that point, I’ll be confident whether this is the right approach.
