first there was a HR round they were asking basic question and after that aptitude test it also include very basic question it has three section accounts LR and one more and then technical round

The hiring manager, Harsh Mittal, had a video interview with me, then called me to the office, had a second round of skills interview + information gathering session on my previous companies, Had me create 5 different type of case studies then told me that the boxes seemed off so we are considering another candidate and if it does not work out, we will reach back to you again and then ghosted without any content based feedback on the case studies. The process wasted around 7 working days and since then, I have been approached twice for the same role by various recruitment agencies. Either they haven't actually hired anybody or the people aren't sticking around. They are also placing their budget limitations as candidate responsibility to work extra and find work arounds.

The hiring process consisted of two rounds, a technical interview and an HR round. The technical round focused on role-related knowledge, while the HR round covered general discussion about the position and expectations.

It had 2 rounds initially it was cv shortlisting among 700+ applicants . They asked me everything related to my cv my projects my work experience my education background every detail related to CV. They asked me python sql basic stats ml gen Ai etc

Overall the interview process was decent, although there was a postponement of the given time from Nexdigm. The entire interview lasted for about 30 minutes. The interviewer cross-questioned my answer as well.
