Worst Candidate Experience: This recruitment process was an absolute waste of time due to unprofessional ghosting. Zero Referral Intent: I will actively discourage anyone in my network from ever applying to your company. Outsource SAP Support: Your current HR and recruitment teams lack the capability to handle SAP hiring; you should outsource this to an external vendor immediately. Unfit for GCC Status: Your team lacks the strong vision and execution capability required to run a Global Capability Center (GCC) or an SAP Center of Excellence.
