2 rounds of interviews; both are technical rounds. They asked about Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and docker, kubernetes related questions. How do you handle a global exception? What is the annotation you use it? If there is an approach you reduced the report analysis part from 15 to 5 min, what is the next step you would take? How do you do authentication and authorisation in Spring Security? How does the @Transactional work in springBoot? How will pagination work? If there are multiple records like 200, and you want only 10 records from that, how do you do it? How Fan out appoarch will work? Till now, What is the difficult problem you faced, and how did you handle it? In the coding level How do you restart the service in Kubernetes? will image be created new for that? if it is kubectl rollout restart -n namspace if you use it, will it create a new image or will it restart the old one? Have you created Docker, and how did you do it?

The interviewer did not appear receptive to my explanations and seemed more focused on highlighting gaps in my knowledge. He revisited those gaps multiple times throughout the discussion, which made the experience feel uncomfortable

Not good interviewer asked very deep each n every concept he wanted to know and very tough and was also not giving result after interview they kept me waiting for long time

My interview process had two rounds. The first round was really good , the interviewer was polite, supportive, and even appreciated my answers. He made the conversation comfortable and guided me whenever I got stuck. It felt like a genuine discussion rather than a strict evaluation. But the second round was honestly disappointing. I’ve given many interviews before, but never met someone with such an attitude. He looked completely disinterested, barely listened to my answers, and behaved as if he was just completing his work. His tone lacked basic courtesy, and it genuinely felt like no matter what I said, he wasn’t paying attention. As candidates, we invest a lot of time preparing and hoping for a fair conversation. I really wish companies ensured all interviewers treat candidates with basic respect and professionalism. One rude interaction can completely change how someone perceives the company.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Pace Wisdom, and I must say it was a smooth and positive experience. The interview process was well-structured, and the communication from the team was prompt and professional throughout. The interviewers were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable, which allowed for a great two-way conversation.
