The interview was more into technical. at first I was gathering courage or I must say I was confused that, shall I talk to a company in a small city and was thinking how small/big it would be and about the team strength/ technologies they might be working on and finally the salary factor. But finally I thought to give it a shot, and went to talk to them. At first I was observing the office interior and people / staff there. It was 'better' than my expectation, and the staff was looking very disciplined. And then they started asking me several questions, they was all into Basics, Or I must say core programming logics. The process went for 2 hours it was so healthy session, the interviewer made me feel so comfortable that I was not even realizing that it is an interview. It was a nice session and finally we came to salary negotiation, and I was very much happy with the package they offered me.

by the time I applied for the interview I was very much sure that I will get a call from a girl speaking in English ( HR) and making me talk in english ( which I am not good in ). I was so glad,. when I received a call from a boy asking talking to me in Hindi,. and they straightaway called me for a machine test. I was simply given a PHP Program which was all the way focused on the WAY I APPROACH to the solution. And I was surprised for being selected as the outcome of the program was wrong. they said my logic | approach to that soln was right.
