The overall interview process was smooth and professional. The complete hiring journey took around 2 months and involved 5 rounds in total. The 4 rounds focused on technical expertise, scenario-based questions, core Salesforce knowledge, team and stakeholder management skills, and Agile methodologies. Since the EDM is a senior-level position, the final 2 technical rounds were conducted by VPs and Directors. The final round was an HR discussion covering salary and offer details. Overall, I had a great experience. HR team kept me constantly updated on my status after every interview.

Interviewed for an Account Executive role. Probably one of the most well-run interview processes I've been through. Every round had a purpose. Instead of asking the same behavioural questions repeatedly, each interviewer focused on a different area, whether it was discovery, account strategy, deal execution, territory planning or executive communication. The interviews built on each other rather than resetting every round. The interviewers were tough but fair. They challenged my answers, asked follow-up questions and pushed me to explain my thinking instead of accepting surface-level responses. I never got the feeling they were trying to trip me up. They were simply maintaining a high hiring bar. Communication throughout the process was clear, and everyone I interacted with was respectful and well prepared.
