My Sikich interview process included an initial screening, technical interview covering resume related and US accounting and financial reporting related concepts. The interviewer was also nice, polite and friendly . Didn't get the offer though.

I had two /three rounds of interviews. The HR team was communicative. The interview rounds were technical, and all the questions were based on the work we have done. They tested our knowledge, as well as how we answered the questions and how we approached them.
