There were multiple rounds. If I had any problem, I reached out to the HR and they were kind and quick in their replies. It took a few months, but understandable because of the volume they must be receiving.

I applied for the Paid Marketing Specialist role at Sovos and went through multiple rounds of interviews, including one with the Demand Generation Manager based in the United States. While the interviewers were professional and respectful, the overall hiring process was very drawn out and disappointing. The main issue was communication. I had to follow up with HR several times to get updates, as responses did not come proactively. Even after positive feedback and being moved to the final stage, there were long delays with little clarity. Eventually, after weeks of waiting, I was informed that the hiring process for this role had been closed altogether. This felt unprofessional and discouraging, as it required significant time and effort from my side without transparency about the company’s hiring decisions. Advice to Management: Improve candidate communication during the hiring process. If timelines change or a role is being reconsidered, it should be communicated clearly and promptly, so candidates do not feel their time and effort have been wasted.
