I want to work here forever
Pros: * Interesting workspace * Competitive pay * Great perks, and more being frequently added * Actually remote forward, actively hiring countrywide * Good culture around having Only Useful Meetings; no useless daily standups, no managerial grandstanding * Nice coworkers * Endless good work to do and none of it's a waste of your time that goes nowhere; we're too small to waste eng time and have too much cool stuff to build * INDEPENDENTLY PROFITABLE WITH NO CATERING TO INVESTORS! * General good vibes between everyone * Growing slowly (in size) so the culture stays intact, while growing quickly in profit
Cons: * Ops is overworked * Very hard to get hired because we grow so slow * Coffee runs out too fast when I'm in office (there's an espresso machine and endless coldbrew but I prefer drip)
